Nose

This model, made from specialized plastic, is enlarged to twice its natural size. It can be disassembled into 5 parts. This bilateral model represents the nasal cavity covered by the mucous membrane, with all the bone structures visible. Each bone and cartilage structure in the model is depicted in different colors. The nasal concha can be removed, revealing the underlying labyrinth of the ethmoid bone. On the right side, a detachable nasal septum and three nasal passages are depicted, complete with the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. The middle concha can also be removed, revealing the nervus olfactorius and bulbus olfactorius. It is mounted on a base.
