ORBIT TOPOGRAPHY

This model is 5 times larger than its natural size. It can be disassembled into 9 parts. The model displays all six eye muscles. All essential nerves and blood vessels have been depicted. Superior rectus and lateral muscles can be removed. The orbital process of the frontal bone and the lesser wing of the sphenoid bone have been removed to provide a clear view of the orbit. The median section of the eye (with the lens fixed in the left half), the vitreous humor, the right half of the sclera, and the choroid layer along with the retina can be removed. The model also features visible lacrimal organs along with the eyelids. Both the major and minor palatine nerves are visible. The pterygopalatine ganglion is replicated to match its natural structure. The frontal sinus and pterygopalatine fossa cavities are included to match their natural structure. The model is mounted on a base.
